The FRONTEM project Toolkit and Platform on the perception of borders in Europe

The Platform on the perception of borders, the final product of the FRONTEM project, as well as the toolkit on the five borders studied, have been put online.
The five borders are :
- France and Germany
- France and Belgium
- Ireland and Northern Ireland
- Romania and Hungary
- Denmark and Germany
A comparative analysis has also been carried out between the Canadian border and that of the United States to determine whether the European model can be transposed to other regions of the world.
This toolkit makes it possible to look at the border in all its complexity, from two main angles: border management and the perception of the border. The MOT played an active part in its production, producing all the maps in the toolkit.
The FRONTEM project is funded by the European Union as part of the Jean Monnet Network / Erasmus+ Programme.
