The Foreign Affairs Ministry and decentralised Franco-German cooperation

By means of a communication campaign, the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs is showcasing Franco-German cooperation:
“While the partnerships between municipalities are the oldest, the exchanges between regions and departments are also rich and diverse. Cooperation is particularly well-developed in border regions.” Each day the Ministry is highlighting a project, such as “Réussir sans Frontière” (“Succeeding without Borders”), a cross-border initiative to support jobs and training in the Upper Rhine.
