International symposium "European territorial cooperation bodies, institutional and material aspects"

An international symposium entitled “European territorial cooperation bodies, institutional and material aspects”, was held on 10 February 2017 at the University of Valenciennes.
On this occasion, researchers and practitioners came together for three roundtables, respectively examining the institutional aspects, and the material aspects of European territorial cooperation bodies, and also, most significantly, the practice of territorial cooperation in Europe.
Over the course of this third session, the MOT was able to bring its wide-ranging expertise on the advantages and limits of said bodies to compare and contrast with the contributions of the other participants. The result was an enriching and educational day of exchanges, of which the conclusions will be published in the near future.
