Speakers include Pavel Branda, Member of the Committee of the Regions; Martin Guillermo Rodriquez, Secretary General of the Association of European Border Regions; Ervin Hukarevic, Member of the State Parliament of Carinthia, and representatives of the European Commission's DG REGIO and DG CLIMA.
