A Franco-German association for the European Archaeological Park Bliesbruck-Reinheim

On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the European Archaeological Park of Bliesbruck-Reinheim, its two historical partners, the Department of Moselle and the Saarpfalzkreis, have initiated an in-depth reflection to make this site "a laboratory for local Franco-German cooperation."
On the basis of the Treaty of Aachen, this project must be developed jointly within a new cross-border structure in order to involve the French and German partners. This is why a cross-border management association called "Vita Futura Bliesbruck-Reinheim" was officially created on September 15th 2022.
The birth of this cross-border structure marks a new chapter in the cross-border life of the Archaeological Park, the only cultural site in Europe located directly on the border between France and Germany.
