AEBR's position on the cohesion report

The AEBR is working on a position paper regarding the sixth cohesion report published in July 2014 by the European Commission.
The AEBR points out that "even if territorial cooperation is described as being 'one of the two priorities of the EU's cohesion policy', it has not been given sufficient consideration in legislation". The MOT shares this position.
