New section devoted to obstacles to cooperation

A new section on the MOT's website sets out the issues involved in identifying and resolving obstacles to cross-border cooperation.
It is divided into the following four parts:
- A major challenge for cross-border cooperation;
- Two examples of coordinated initiatives on French borders;
- Advances at European level;
- Towards a coordinated process for the removal of obstacles to cross-border cooperation.
