The Collectivité européenne d'Alsace launches a cross-border cooperation fund

At the end of 2022, the European Territorial Authority of Alsace adopted an "Alsace cross-border cooperation plan". In June 2023 it launched a "cross-border cooperation fund" to help finance the projects included in this plan, as well as other projects with a cross-border impact.
The creation of this fund reflects a desire to ensure the long-term future of the Alsace cross-border cooperation plan by helping to finance cross-border projects that have a positive impact on the lives of citizens on the Rhine. It has two components: one dedicated to large-scale projects and one dedicated to supporting citizen projects on the Rhine.
