Death of Professor Charles Ricq

It is with great sadness that the MOT learned of the passing of Charles Ricq, professor at the European Observation Centre for Regions (C.O.E.U.R.), and a frequent participant in MOT events.
Today, the team and the whole of the network wish to pay tribute to his commitment to cross-border cooperation, and to express their sincere condolences to his family and friends.
