Seminar for diplomatic advisers to regional prefects (CDPR) in Paris

A seminar for diplomatic advisers to regional prefects (CDPR) was held on 21 and 22 October 2025 in Paris, organised by the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs (Delegation for Local Authorities and Civil Society). Jean Peyrony, Managing Director of the MOT, spoke at the event to present the latest developments in cross-border cooperation and the BRIDGEforEU regulation, alongside Philippe Voiry, Ambassador for Intergovernmental Commissions, Cooperation and Border Issues.
Other topics discussed included immigration and border controls, a review of the summer’s wildfires, crisis management and international cooperation.
