Interreg France-Switzerland 2028-2034: a look back at the six consultation workshops
As part of the preparations for the Interreg 2028–2034 program along the French-Swiss border, the MOT, alongside the consulting firms Acadie and Urbaplan, helped organize and facilitate six consultation workshops between May and June 2026.
Held in Annemasse, Nyon, Saint-Gingolph, Métabief, La Chaux-de-Fonds, and Delle, these workshops brought together more than 350 local stakeholders to discuss the challenges and needs of the cross-border region and to contribute to the preparation of the Interreg France-Switzerland 2028–2034.
This network made it possible to cover the diversity of cross-border realities in the region: dense, integrated urban areas, lake regions, mountainous areas, and more rural territories.
Publication of a summary
The main findings from the workshops have now been compiled into a summary made available by the Interreg France-Switzerland program. They provide a valuable basis for developing a program that closely aligns with the realities and priorities of the region.
