Cross-border organisations in the Grand Est region

In early April, the CESER Grand Est published a paper entitled ‘Cross-border structures in the Grand Est region: addressing the realities of cross-border catchment areas’.

“Faced with a complex institutional landscape that has evolved over time, CESER emphasises the need to better structure public action by clarifying roles, strengthening multi-level governance and optimising the use of funding. Through its recommendations, it calls for cooperation that is more transparent, more effective and more citizen-focused.”
