ALCOTRAITÉ publishes a Skills Guide for Franco-Italian cooperation

This in-depth study analyses the various legislative and administrative powers of the Italian and French regions and local authorities. It was carried out by the Institute for Studies on Regional, Federal and Autonomous Systems (ISSIRFA) of the Italian National Research Council, in collaboration with the Centre for Studies and Research in Administrative, Constitutional, Financial and Tax Law (CERDACFF) at the University of Nice, and more specifically with the DITER – Territorial Diplomacy research group. This report provides an essential foundation for identifying the regulatory and institutional obstacles hindering cooperation between the two countries, thereby helping to strengthen the coherence and effectiveness of cross-border initiatives.

The results of the ALCOTRAITÉ project led to the launch of the ALCOTRAITÉ 2 TRANSPORTS project, which is dedicated to strengthening cross-border transport governance between France and Italy.
