Heatwaves, prolonged periods of drought, unseasonal cold spells, storms and flash floods… climate change knows no borders.
To learn more about them, “ECTAdapt”, funded by the European POCTEFA programme, raises awareness of climate change adaptation and promotes the creation of cross-border environmental networks within the Catalan Cross-Border Area.
