Cross-border issues for prefects in the Grand Est region

On 19 March, during the meeting of the Regional Administration Committee (CAR) in Strasbourg, the prefects of the Grand Est region met under the auspices of the Prefect and the General Secretariat for Regional and European Affairs (SGARE) to discuss key issues facing the region. Particular emphasis was placed on the region’s cross-border challenges, notably through contributions from Jean Peyrony, Director-General of the MOT, Philippe Lacoste, Diplomatic Adviser for the Grand Est region, and François Brunet of INSEE.
