Anthedon: the initiative’s website unveiled 

The Anthedon Initiative, which sets out a vision for the future of Gaza and its integration into a more connected region, alongside Israel and neighbouring countries, now has its own website: https://www.anthedon.org/.  

Packed with resources, presentations and publications, this platform provides an overview of the work carried out over the past two years. In particular, it highlights the report « Gaza : A Vision of Hope », to which the MOT contributed through the chapter entitled ‘Metropolitan Governance’. This contribution aims to shed light on the various dimensions of territorial integration and to highlight the role of multi-level cross-border governance in peace-building in the territories concerned.

The MOT was a member of the initiative’s steering committee and is among the contributors within an international team bringing together experts from around the world. This multidisciplinary team enables Anthedon to address various key issues of reconstruction and development from the perspective of sustainable peace, ranging from culture and the environment to the economy and governance.
