Mobilité dans les régions qui souffrent de handicaps naturels ou démographiques

According to article 174 of the Lisbon treaty, “particular attention shall be paid […] to regions which suffer from severe and permanent natural or demographic handicaps such as […] cross-border […] regions”. The present documents contains two parts, one about the specificity of cross-border transport, and a second part, in response to the questions in preparation of the stakeholder meeting on 15 April 2014 at the Committee of the Regions.
