Cities of the Upper Rhine: a declaration to strengthen cross-border cooperation

Meeting in Strasbourg on 2 June, 11 cities in the Upper Rhine region located in Switzerland, Germany and France signed a joint declaration reaffirming the importance of cross-border cooperation at the local authority level.
