The Dunkirk Call of May 22 2025 brings together ‘Memory Cities’ to affirm their commitment to peace, law and cooperation. These local and international actions aim to strengthen education, culture and solidarity in the face of nationalism and extremism. The signatories — from Guernica to Hiroshima, from Bucha to Ypres — embody a global alliance of communities determined to build, across borders, a vibrant and active culture of peace.
