A structured partnership between the Hauts-de-France Region and the Benelux Union

On Wednesday 3 April, the Hauts-de-France Region and the Netherlands signed a joint roadmap for the period 2024-2028 in Lille. This action plan, structured around four pillars, aims to strengthen cooperation for economic development, energy transition (including water management and flood risk), innovation, youth mobility, culture and tourism. It also supports businesses in key sectors – agri-food, ports, automotive, cybersecurity, hydrogen and health – by strengthening trade and investment.
