Alzette-Belval: signing of a charter to support cross-border association projects

Since its creation in 2013, the Alzette-Belval EGTC has been promoting cross-border projects between France and Luxembourg. On July 15, 2025, it took a new step forward with the signing of a charter of commitment aimed at developing more cross-border projects led by local associations.
The charter was proposed to the thirteen member municipalities of the EGTC. Its objective is to facilitate the implementation of joint projects and strengthen ties between associations on both sides of the border.
This summer, the EGTC launched its first call for projects for the Alzette-Belval Trophy, a label that rewards the best cross-border projects in the region and offers financial support.
