The Open Services Centre for Germany, inaugurated in July 2015 is a reception, information and support centre for inhabitants and companies in the cross-border territory. It makes administrative processes easier for cross-border inhabitants (around 21,000 French border workers in Saar).

Cross-border workers, companies, students
Mosa provides information on, for example, family allowances, the health/healthcare sector in Saar, parking solutions, public transportation, and cultural and leisure activities. Students can inform themselves there about educational establishments, training centres or procedures for diploma equivalences.
This structure also has the potential to work on other prerogatives, particularly in employment sector.
MOSA was inaugurated in July 15th, 2015.
€120,000 annual running costs (supported by the Scot Bal de Rosselle). €20,000 subsidised by the Moselle Department.
