This project falls under the 8th "Vivre ensemble dans l´espace du Rhin Supérieur" (Living together in the Upper Rhine area) Tripartite Congress, organised by the Alsace Region in collaboration with its partners in the Upper Rhine. The objective of this congress is to place the inhabitants at the centre of cross-border cooperation, to implement joint projects that make everyday life easier in the cross-border area and to bring together the populations on both sides of the border.
