This project consists of a collaboration between two television stations (TV Lux in the Province of Luxembourg, Belgium, and France 3 Lorraine-Champagne-Ardenne in France) with a view to producing a monthly programme lasting 26 minutes, which is broadcast on both channels. The aim of the programme is to help the audience become familiar with their region in terms of its cross-border dimension and thus to promote the relationship between cultures, mobility and the sense of belonging to the same area.

Project goals
The aim of this partnership is to create a monthly television programme lasting 26 minutes. With the help of these television programmes, the aim is to make the audience familiar with the two television channels, their region beyond its borders, its life, its assets and its difficulties, and thus promote the relationship between cultures, mobility and the sense of belonging to the same area.
Target group(s)
The public affected by the television channels TV Lux and France 3 LCA, in a geographical area covering the departments of Meuse, Moselle, and Meurthe-et-Moselle in France, the province of Luxembourg in Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
Project activities
The activities required to develop this cross-border television programme are:
- the implementation of cross-border collaboration between the television channels to assess and determine the necessary resources and to look for financial partners.
- the design of the credits, the format, the background and the creation of number 0.
- the coordination to prepare each broadcast.
