A new integrated territorial strategy for one of the five POCTEFA functional areas

The Aire Fonctionnelle Centre (AFC) comprises Béarn in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques département, the Hautes-Pyrénées département and the Pays de Comminges-Pyrénées in the Haute-Garonne département, on the French side; and the province of Huesca and the comarcas of Cinco Villas and Central de Saragosse on the Spanish side. It will focus on developing a cross-border offer of sustainable mobility and transport in the Pyrenees, to promote the potential for tourism, economic and local development.
