A guide to cross-border services in the Upper Rhine

The aim of this guide is to present in a user-friendly manner different services that operate in the French-German context, mainly located in the Upper Rhine region.
It is intended to help and guide consumers and citizens towards the service that can answer the questions that arise in a cross-border setting.
Ranging from educational guidance to notarial queries by way of questions about pensions and other areas, nearly 80 services are listed.
The European Centre for Consumers is a French-German association based in Kehl (Germany) that provides information and advice to consumers. Its aim is to “safeguard and promote consumers’ rights in Europe”
