The "Temporelles" Congress 2017 : It's time to go beyond our borders!

On 16 November, the MOT took part in the 2017 edition of the "Temporelles" organised by Tempo Territorial and the Lille European Metropolis.
At this event, which was awarded the "20 years of the MOT" label, cross-border players exchanged views on the topic "It's time to go beyond our borders!". The time-based aspects of life in a cross-border territory and examples of cross-border projects linked to time policies (ALARM in the area of civil security, the Cerdanya Hospital and the Strasbourg-Ortenau Eurodistrict bus) were thus the subject of the discussions.
