"Education and Research: How to foster an integrated cross-border cooperation area ?"

Today, international and European cooperation between Universities and research institutes are obvious. Nevertheless, in practice, collaboration between neighbor regions along the same border is not always effective.

Several factors can be mentioned: poor knowledge of the activities and specialties of his neighbor, difficulty in the recognition of diplomas and qualifications, incompatibility of courses and research services; difficulty in mobilizing different national budgets or a dedicated European budget.

This meeting will be the opportunity to discuss concrete examples of creation of integrated spaces for cross-border cooperation in education and research.
